Does the Caesius Congress Center provide technical assistance during events?

Yes. The standard meeting room rate includes around 30 minutes of technical support at the beginning of your event. If you would like a technician available in the room for the entire duration, this can be arranged in advance as an additional service.

Do the quoted prices include VAT?

Yes, all quoted prices already include VAT.

What is included in the room rate?

The room rate includes buffet breakfast, underground parking (unguarded), and access to the Hotel Caesius Thermae & Spa throughout your stay, from check-in to check-out.

Are all 10 meeting rooms located in the same building?

No. The main area of the Caesius Congress Center is in the Caesius building, featuring seven meeting rooms on floor -1, plus the Vintage Cellar on the ground floor. The Fabbrica dell’Acqua Room and Augustus Room are instead located in the Augustus building, which can be reached through our private garden (about 150 metres away).

How can I let you know about food intolerances or allergies?

When submitting your rooming list, please include details regarding any food allergies or intolerances; this will allow our Chef to craft personalised menu options for your guests. Please be aware that while we take every precaution to ensure safety, our kitchen is not a certified gluten-free environment; therefore, we cannot completely rule out the risk of cross-contamination.

Is it possible to organise gala dinners with music at the Caesius Congress Center?

Yes. We offer two options depending on your needs:

La Fabbrica dell’Acqua – an exclusive event space with natural light and a private terrace overlooking the lake. With its own kitchen, it is perfect for gala dinners for groups of 50 to 150 guests. Musical entertainment can also be arranged here.

Benacus Restaurant & Caesius meeting rooms – for both larger and smaller groups, we can host dinner in the modular rooms of the Benacus Restaurant and then reserve one of our meeting rooms in the Caesius building for after-dinner activities. The Gardenia Room, in particular, is ideal for musical events with larger groups.

What dining options does the Caesius Congress Center offer?

Benacus Restaurant – located on the ground floor of the main Caesius building, it serves breakfast, lunch, and delectable dinners. The modular rooms can be configured to create a private space for each group.

La Fabbrica dell’Acqua Restaurant – situated in the Augustus building, this elegant venue features a private terrace with lake views and is ideal for exclusive gala dinners.

How can goods be unloaded at the hotel?

A dedicated unloading area is available, where Hotel Caesius staff can assist using a forklift or pallet truck (this service is charged by the hour). Guests may also access the covered car park with their own vehicles (maximum height 2 metres) to unload goods directly.

Does the Caesius Congress Center organise transfers for guests?
